Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is a global fund management company focused on renewable energy infrastructure and manages seven funds with more than EUR 15 billion under management. In Q2 this year, CIP expects to establish it’s eight fund: CI Energy Transition Fund I to invest in cutting edge P-t-X projects and other next generation renewable technologies.
Located in the seaport town of Esbjerg in the south west of Denmark, Project HØST is the key project of this fund. Announced in February this year, it is the ambitious PtX project developed by CIP and managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC). This 1GW electrolysis facility will convert power from offshore wind turbines to CO2-free green ammonia to be used as CO2-free green fertilizer and CO2-free green fuel.
CIP and CISC are looking for an EPC Project Director to join and lead this critical project through the engineering, procurement, and construction phases, into operation.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record with at least 10 years’ experience leading and managing best-in-class EPC Projects within the Energy or Chemical sector ideally with experience of ammonia plants. The individual will possess in-depth practical knowledge of project management and impeccable stakeholder management skills as well as a technical engineering background and affinity.
