Senior Tax Manager for Global Tax Team

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) is looking for a Senior Tax Manager for an interesting position in an agile company with an open and informal working environment where your inputs and experience are highly valued, and which give high potential for your personal development. The Position

In the role as Senior Tax Manager you will be part of the Global Tax Team that provides tax advice and guidance to projects and structures globally in funds under management by CIP. You will be joining a team of dedicated tax professionals who work in close cooperation to manage a wide range of tax matters globally. The main responsibility of the team is to provide tax advice related to tax structuring on current and future investments and to assist with various kinds of ad hoc tax queries.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Advice on international tax matters focusing on tax structuring related to investments globally
  • Assist the asset management team on project related tax matters, including review of existing investment structures
  • Provide insights on local tax regulations in relevant countries
  • Lead, coordinate and review deliveries from tax advisors in Denmark and internationally
  • Prepare tax reporting and review local tax returns
  • Transfer pricing review, clarification of transfer pricing and country-by-country regulations and ensure compliance with these regulations

The Candidate

The ideal candidate has at least +7 years of relevant professional experience as a Lawyer in a leading law firm, Tax Advisor in a leading advisory company or hold a similar position in a large international corporation. To be successful in this position, it is essential that you have extensive knowledge and experience with international tax matters and transaction tax, including experience with structuring. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and interpersonal skills and can navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of written and spoken English is required in this role.
