Governance

CISC is owned by the CI funds managed by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) with the purpose of delivering services into CIP´s growing portfolio of renewable assets.

We engage in the energy transition through specialist services, project development and value creation with trusted third-party suppliers. Our core focus is conducting due-diligence, development, construction, and operations of renewable assets, and we deliver a range of services within technical, commercial, and financial management, compliance, tax, legal, transaction and ESG.

We provide global support and a local presence in our key markets, and our teams are continuously delivering and developing services that are tailored to our wide range of projects – from offshore and onshore wind, solar and battery energy storage systems, to advanced bioenergy assets.

CIP is a fund management company founded in 2012, which currently has 12 funds and approximately EUR 28 billion under management from more than 160 international investors. CIP´s current investments include a wide range of energy infrastructure assets including offshore wind, onshore wind, offshore power transmission, biomass and waste to energy, and solar PV investments.
